Club de Golf Rivière Rouge is actively seeking a motivated assistant cook/dishwasher to join our team. This position is part-time, Wednesday to Saturday evenings. If you are passionate about cooking, have experience as a kitchen assistant and are ready to get involved in a dynamic environment, we have an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with meal preparation, including cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients and setting up workstations.
• Assist in the cooking and preparation of dishes according to recipes and instructions provided.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, including cleaning utensils, equipment and work surfaces.
• Wash dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or in a similar role is an asset.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from chefs.
• Flexible working hours and willingness to work Wednesday to Saturday evenings.
• Attention to detail and respect for cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

Founded in 1972, Club de Golf Rivière Rouge is proud to be entering its 50th year! This family-run business offers breathtaking scenery.

Our team is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of grounds and watering attendant for late afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities :

• Water the course as directed by the superintendent;
• Responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the golf course;
• Prepare equipment and water landscaping;
• Operate pump system for greens, tees and fairways according to quality standards;
• Cut and load wood, shovel and spread sand or soil;
• Keep equipment and work area clean and safe;
• Maintain the irrigation system and hand-water the grounds;
• Perform any other tasks related to this position.

 Qualifications : 

• Must possess a valid driver’s license;
• Ability to work efficiently;
• Ability to work physically;
• Must be responsible, autonomous, organized and energetic;
• No experience necessary
